DANZATONE ABSTONE

This 30 minute regime is an intense core isolation workout focusing on the upper, lower, and mid-section of your abdominals while also targeting the obliques and lower back. The core work is followed by a much needed yoga inspired stretch and cool down. Are you ready for AbsTone?

DOMINICAN DANCE: MERENGUE AND BACHATA

JennyO grew up with music and dance always being around her.  She feels that she learned dance before crawling and walking, specifically Merengue and Bachata. If you like to experience a very important cultural element from the Dominican Republic, book a private or group class with JennyO to learn how to dance Merengue or Bachata Dominican Style. If you can count from 1-8, you can learn how to dance and move your hips to the sound and contagious rhythms of Merengue and Bachata.
